I worked in my country for this German multinational, Stihl. Back then, we began developing prototypes for a plan the company had with its corporate customers regarding rewards and discounts. In this aspect, we evaluated the user experience and provided various options based on their feedback and the rating they gave. This information was then sent to the Apple Store, allowing users to leave comments, give a rating of less than 5 stars, or provide detailed feedback on how to enhance their experience to the fullest.
